Prosecutors Say Kid Cudi Didn't Plead Guilty to Drug Charge

As it turns out, Kid Cudi did not plead guilty to a drug possession charge last week. It had been reported that the rapper, whose birth name is Scott Mescudi, entered the plea in connection with an arrest in New York City last June for allegedly having cocaine in his possession, but the Associated Press says prosecutors clarified on Thursday that the case was actually adjourned. The charge will be dismissed if Cudi performs two days of community service and avoids further legal problems for six months.
